Exhibit Information
Premium Booth - $2,000
Premium booth includes:
• All “Standard” booth package benefits, plus
• Priority selection of tradeshow space (Standard booths will have placement assigned for them)
• Listing and profile in exhibitor show guide (50 words maximum)
• Logo and link on conference sponsor’s page under the heading “Premium Exhibitors”
• Opportunity to donate door prizes
• One complimentary full conference registration
Standard Booth - $1,500
Standard booth includes:
• Standard 8’x10’ booth (with all equipment listed below)
• Back and side drape
• One 8 foot skirted table
• Two chairs
• One electric outlet
• Wireless internet
• Listing on GeoAlberta website under 'Exhibitors' section
• Listing on GeoAlberta exhibitor "Passport"
• Promotional material for delegate bags
• Two Booth staff registrations with complimentary breakfast and lunches (both days)
• Two tickets to the Social Event
Additional booth - $1,000
A second booth to double your booth space can be purchased at $1000.
Exhibitor Passport
Delegates will visit your booth to collect your stamp for entering into a draw for prizes.
Registered Booth Staff

All exhibitor staff must register for the conference

Registered exhibitor staff will have unlimited access to the exhibitor area

There is a cost of $100 for each additional pass to the exhibitor area

Exhibitor staff can register for the full conference at Early Bird rate of $375.
Cancellation Policy
A $150 fee per booth will be assessed on all cancellations received before April 6, 2012. No refunds will be processed for cancellations received after April 6, 2012.
