Payment Terms
If you did not pay upon registration using your credit card, please print your invoice from the Confirmation page of the registration process. You can also print your invoice from the confirmation email you will receive on completion of the registration process. Conference registration fees are payable in Canadian Funds and must be received before the conference. No passes will be distributed on site to unpaid accounts.

 

Invoice Payment
You will receive registration confirmation immediately following your registration through the online registration system via email. If you did not pay online using your credit card, this message will contain a link that will enable you to print your invoice. Please submit payment in Canadian funds with a copy of the invoice.

 

Students
To qualify for the student registration fee, individuals must be FULL TIME students at an accredited institution. Individuals must provide proof of student status by scanning their student ID card and emailing the scanned image to Registration.

 

Cancellation Policy
All delegate registration cancellations must be received in writing (via fax or regular mail) by GeoAlberta by May 20, 2011 in order to receive a full refund (less $100 administrative fee). No refunds will be offered for cancellations received after May 20, 2011. Contact information can be found here.
