Battle of Alberta at the ball park!

After a great day of learning and networking, what better way to unwind than to kick back in the great outdoors for a Bar-B-Q and baseball game?

TELUS Field sets the stage for yet another “Battle of Alberta” between the Edmonton Cracker Cats and the Calgary Vipers. So come out and enjoy a relaxing evening with plenty of opportunity to expand your network and meet other interesting delegates.

Wednesday, May 31, 2006.

Tail Gate Party (refreshments, munchies, music) @ 4:30PM.

TELUS Field gates open @ 5:30PM.

Game time is 7:00PM.

Entry

Please bring your conference badge to the tail-gate party, where we will give you a ticket that gets you into the ball park.

Extra tickets for guests can be purchased for $25 at the tail-gate party.

Food

Meet in the special events Bar-B-Q area – Bar open! Dinner includes steak and chicken.

Transportation

Shuttle service from Shaw Conference Centre to TELUS Field will begin at 4:30 and run till 6:00pm. Buses will pick you up outside the Main Entrance to the Shaw Conference Centre on Jasper Avenue.

Shuttle service returning to downtown beginning at 9:45 pm.

Rain Out Alternative

In the event that the ball game is rained out, the party happens indoors at the Maverick Brewing Company, located in the heart of downtown Edmonton at 10229 - 105 Street.

Announcements will be made during the afternoon speaker sessions to confirm.
