Submission of a map indicates your agreement with the terms stated below on this page. If you agree, click here to register your map submission.

Rules

• Each entry must include a 150 to 200 word description of what the poster / map is trying to relate to the viewer.
• The poster / map should also contain a description of the source data.
• A completed submission form must accompany each entry (category).
• All posters/maps must be of interest to the GeoAlberta attendees and must not present information that would be considered private or sensitive or that would detract from the conference or any other map in any way. GeoAlberta, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse any poster / map at any time.

Getting Your Map To Us

Option A:

After you have registered your map using the online form at the bottom of this page, maps may be sent by pre-paid courier (before May 25, 2006) to the one of the following addresses:

Option B:

After you have registered your map using the online form at the bottom of this page, maps may be delivered in person to the GeoAlberta registration desk at the Shaw Conference Centre between 9:00 - 4:00 p.m. on May 30, 2006 or between 7:30 - 9:00 a.m. on May 31, 2006.

Collecting your map after the show

Map exhibitors may collect their maps between 4:00p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on June 01, 2006. Maps not collected will become the property of GeoAlberta.
