Payment Terms

If you did not pay upon registration using your credit card, conference registration fees are payable on receipt of invoice and must be received before the conference. No passes will be distributed on site to unpaid accounts.

Invoice Payment

If you did not pay online using your credit card, you will be invoiced immediately following your registration through the online registration system and via E-mail. Please submit payment in Canadian funds with a copy of the invoice.

Students

To qualify for the student registration fee, individuals must be FULL TIME students at an accredited institution. Individuals must provide proof of student status by scanning their student ID card and emailing the scanned image to registration@geoalberta.com.

What You Get

All event registrations include:
  • Breakfast and keynote on May 31.
  • Lunches on May 31 and June 1
  • Refreshments and snacks during coffee breaks
  • Passes to all keynote and social events
  • Entrance to the exhibit hall

Cancellation Policy

All delegate registration cancellations must be received in writing (via fax or regular mail) by GeoAlberta May 5 , 2006 in order to receive a a full refund (less $25 administrative fee). No refunds will be offered for cancellations received after May 5, 2006. Contact information can be found here.
