Become an Exhibitor!

Step 1 - Review the exhibitor packages and information:
We have new exhibitor packages available this year. Please review these and other important information on the tradeshow details page.

Step 2 - Review the Terms & Conditions:
By registering and paying for your booth in the next step (Step 3), you agree to the GeoAlberta Tradeshow Terms and Conditions (pdf).

Step 3- Check the exhibition floorplan
Check the exhibit floorplan to see which booth spaces are available and decide where you would like to be located. You will be asked to specify your top-three booth choices below...

Step 4- If possible, have your exhibitor profile ready
In the sign-up form (next step), you will be asked to provide a profile (max. 100 words) that will appear in our show guide. Please have this profile ready before signing up.

Step 5- Sign up and pay online!
You can secure your booth space immediately if paying by credit card! Important! If you choose the "cheque" payment option when registering (instead of credit card), your booth space can only be held for 10 business days without receipt of payment. Your payment must be received before your booth can be 100% confirmed. Click on the appropriate link below:

Step 6- Register Your Booth Staff
All exhibitor staff must register for the conference. They can either register at no cost (in which case, they can only access the tradeshow area) or exhibitors can register for the full conference at a significantly reduced rate of $149. Only 2 people per company can register for the full conference at this rate - additional staff must register at the full rate. Click on the appropriate link below:

Step 7- Review the Exhibitor Information Again
The tradeshow details page contains all the information exhibitors need to know about the tradeshow including move-in and move-out times, how to order extra equipment/services, and other relevant information. Please ensure all booth staff review these details.
