Shipping & Brokerage (New Service!)The Official Transportation Services Provider & Customs Broker for GeoAlberta is MENDELSSOHN. They can handle all shipping of booths and equipment to and from the show, including cross-border shipments. We strongly recommend using their services. GeoAlberta Exhibitor PassportTo help promote delegate traffic through the tradeshow area, GeoAlberta will be issuing a GeoAlberta Passport to every delegate in attendance. When delegates visit your booth, you will stamp their bankbook with a stamp provided to you by GeoAlberta. The delegates who have submitted a completed passport are entered into a prize draw.Registering Booth StaffAll exhibitor staff must register for the conference. They can register at no cost (in which case, they can only access the tradeshow area) or hey can register for the full conference at a significantly reduced rate of $149 (max. 2 people per company can register for the full conference at this rate - additional staff must register at the full rate). Registration is available online in the exhibitor toolkit. Wednesday Evening SocialAll tradeshow vendors are invited to attend the Wednesday evening social event - an excellent opportunity to interact with conference delegates in a more casual environment.
